Instructions
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half to create thick slices
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until fully combined
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt butter
- Dip each roll slice into the egg mixture, coating evenly, then place onto the pan
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and caramelized
