o   1 teaspoon dried thyme

·       1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

·       For the Rub (Optional):

o   1 tablespoon chili powder

o   1 tablespoon cumin

o   1 teaspoon paprika

o   1 teaspoon garlic powder

o   1 teaspoon onion powder

o   1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

o   1 tablespoon brown sugar

·       For Serving:

o   Buns or rolls

o   Mustard

o   Other toppings as desired

Instructions

1.     Prepare the Sausages: If using a marinade, marinate the sausages for at least 30 minutes. Remove the sausages from the marinade and pat dry. If using a rub, apply it evenly to the sausages.

2.     Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat.

3.     Grill the Sausages: Place the sausages on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning them frequently, to ensure even cooking. Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the sausages reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

 

4.     Rest and Serve: Remove the sausages from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve immediately on buns or rolls with your favorite toppings and side dishes.
