Ingredients

o 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
o 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
o Optional: 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese

o 2 cups pulled pork, brisket, or grilled chicken, cooked and shredded
· For Serving:
o 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, or to taste
o 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, or to taste
o 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
o 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
o 1/4 cup diced red onions (optional)
o 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
o 1/2 cup guacamole (optional)
o Other toppings as desired
Instructions
1. Prepare the Base: Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
2. Add Cheese: Sprinkle half of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the chips.
3. Add BBQ Meat: Distribute the pulled pork, brisket, or chicken evenly over the cheese. Top with the remaining cheeses.
4. Bake or Broil: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes, or broil on low for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and gooey. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
