Instructions
- Slice croissants horizontally, keeping them connected at one end.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chopped spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
- Remove from heat and stir in crumbled feta.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Spoon the filling into sliced croissants and close them gently.
