Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium all-butter croissants
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

 

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice croissants horizontally, keeping them connected at one end.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add chopped spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in crumbled feta.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Spoon the filling into sliced croissants and close them gently.
