- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 pre-made pie crusts (top and bottom)
- ½ cup milk
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, milk, shredded chicken, and frozen vegetables. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the pie: Place one pie crust in a pie dish and pour in the chicken mixture. Cover with the second pie crust and crimp the edges. Cut small slits in the top for ventilation.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Cool and serve: Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
