Description

A comforting and easy chicken pot pie recipe made with cream of chicken soup, tender chicken, and a flaky pie crust. Perfect for a quick family dinner or a cozy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 pre-made pie crusts (top and bottom)
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, milk, shredded chicken, and frozen vegetables. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble the pie: Place one pie crust in a pie dish and pour in the chicken mixture. Cover with the second pie crust and crimp the edges. Cut small slits in the top for ventilation.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  • Cool and serve: Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
